A) FINA should be informed about an intent to use photograph scans for the purposes of promoting a publication or exhibition or for advertising purposes in order to determine the price.
B) Making a scan of a photo available together with a licence means that Filmoteka Narodowa which is the owner of copyrights gives its consent for one-off use of the material within the scope of use agreed. The Recipient cannot grant further licences to third parties.
C) The Recipient can archive materials for the maximum period of 3 months from the moment of receiving them from FINA
D) The Recipient receives information regarding (not) being awarded a licence. The Recipient is obliged to obtain and regulate rights to use photograph scans made available without licence on their own.
E) The use of photographs other than defined in the price list shall be each time consulted with FINA foto@fina.gov.pl
